Failed to read file `file(lamnormal)'

When using the "lamellar(w=file(lamwidth),v=file(lamnormal))" command, it will report an error "Failed to read file 'file(lamnormal)'". I have put lamwidth and lamnormal in my operation In the directory, what is the reason for this. The neper version is 4.0.2 and the ubuntu version is 18.04LTS.

It is difficult to diagnose the problem without specifics, but this is probably caused by a wrong input...

Here is a working example:

This happened to me too. My solution is to just create a new lamnormal file, with the same content, using a text editor and it would work fine.

It may be a text file format issue (DOS vs Unix). Try to run dos2unix file_name.
