generate Kelvin’s Tetrakaidecahedron Cell

I need to generate highly spherical grains, similar to Kelvin's Tetrakaidecahedron Cell. Is there a way to achieve this?

Use -morpho tocta:

$ neper -T -n from_morpho -morpho "tocta(10)" -o tocta10
$ neper -V tocta10.tess -showcell "z<0.5" -cameraangle 12 -cameralookat 0.5:0.5:0.25  -print tocta10

Thank you very much for your quick reply. You are amazing.
When I execute the command “neper -T -n from_morpho -morpho ‘tocta(4)’ -regularisation 1 -o tocta_4 -format obj”, I do not get 64 grains, but 189 grains.
Currently, I need 125 Kelvin's Tetrakaidecahedron Cells to ensure that each edge has 5 solid grains. Is there any way to achieve this requirement?

Haha, I'll answer my own question. If there are 5 Kelvin's Tetrakaidecahedron grains on each edge, and there are exactly 125 grains, this is impossible to achieve.
