Include relationship property filter in expandConfig

include a configuration option to filter relations based on their properties, or allow certain types of relations to be excluded in Relationship Filters , similar to how we already support filtering in Label Filters.

Hi! Thanks for writing in :) APOC core is currently not being extended for new features, we are mainly working on bug fixing and maintenance.

Not knowing your use case, but in Cypher there is beginning to be quite a lot of graph patten matching support, including the ability to negate relationship types. See the docs on Patterns in the Cypher manual :)
