Non-shaded artifact for core? #783

Original issue: neo4j-contrib/neo4j-apoc-procedures#3103
I'm using Neo4j 4 in embedded mode, and want to register a few APOC procedures. I'm looking for a non-shaded artifact that includes the procedures I need (Create and Merge), but can't seem to find any. I'm currently using org.neo4j.procedure:apoc:4.4.0.7:all, but the shaded dependencies create headaches for us.
If there's no non-shaded Maven artifact for this, please consider publishing one.
