Bloom hangs up while loading suggestions when suggestions are turned off

I'm using bloom 2.10.1 at a client. In "Saved Cypher", I've turned off all suggestions. However when I start to type in some query in Bloom, it fires up a lot a queries in the background and they take a long time to return. My bloom query bar doesn't complete and hence I'm not able to execute queries. I've attached the screenshot of bloom and browser. Can someone point out what is bloom trying to do in the background. This was working fine before but not sure why it's happening now.

The queries that are executed in the background are used to detect if you’re searching for a specific node o graph pattern. In general it should be quite fast if the proper indexes are in place. If you recently made some changes on the indexes I advise to refresh the perspective, open the left panel and press the button on the top right
