Improve Error Handling of All Servers to Be Compliant with Anthropic MCP Directory Policy

In order to be considered for Anthropic's MCP Directory, we should improve the error handling of all our servers. This includes catching specific errors, returning detailed messages, and masking internal errors from the user.
