Is django-neomodel abandoned?

I've been looking forward to use neo4j as database in my django app, but the repo seems effectively abandoned. The last commit was over 8 months ago, and there were many changes in both neomodel and django since. It feels like django-neomodel hasn't really caught up with all those things.
