• nearcore:
  • JSON RPC Structured Errors:
    • Refactored block, chunk (@khorolets)
    • Exposed new JSON RPC method EXPERIMENTAL_receipt to fetch receipt info by receipt id (@khorolets)
  • upgraded all the dependencies in nearcore (@bowenwang1996, @frol), mainly: Tokio 1.x, latest Actix (beta) and Actix-web (beta).
• bounty: Borsh implementation in Go (borsh-go) is complete Golang Borsh implementation | Bounty $3000 in NEAR bounties#36 (kudos to @ouromoros 🎉)
• meta: Indexer by Example discussion happened (@khorolets, @thisisjoshford, @jlwaugh)
• meta: Public APIs (JSON-RPC and Indexer Framework) overview video sessions by @frol and @amgando.

Plans

• nearcore: Keep working on the structured errors in the view-client (@khorolets):
  • Refactor the query and broadcast_tx_* endpoints (@khorolets)

Future plan

• nearcore: Expose new JSON RPC methods to:
  • fetch current runtime config (follow up with @evgenykuzyakov)

Discussions

• meta: exposing REST API methods for high-level APIs from Indexer DB through Explorer:
  • give last 100 txs for a given account
  • give last 100 balance changes for a given account
• upgrading nearcore dependencies caused compilation errors on Indexer implementations (Explorer, Wallet)
