Done

• Borsh-rs reorg happened refactor: Reorganized the project after decoupling from the borsh repo borsh-rs#1 along with 0.8.0 and 0.8.1, and 0.7.2 releases addressing compilation errors due to dependencies updates
• View-client typed error handling initial exploration of the problem space is done
  • @khorolets: introduced GetBlockError just for the initial step identifying the depth of the problem space - extracted near-client-primitives and near-jsonrpc-client-primitives to prevent dependency loops: refactor(jsonrpc): Initial refactoring for Structured Error handling for JSON RPC and ViewClient #3805
  • @khorolets and @volovyk-s had a sync call about the error handling (@volovyk-s is assigned to work on this issue on the near-api-js side, so he is eager to start following up our progress)
• Indexer for Explorer: @khorolets fixed access keys tracking on AccountDeletion action
• Indexer for Explorer: @khorolets added another [missing] index to the database

Plans

• Expose new JSON RPC methods to:
  • fetch receipt info by receipt id (assigned to @frol)
• Release Indexer for Explorer (@khorolets)
• Keep on the structured errors in the view-client (@khorolets)
• Define our OKRs for 2021 Q1 (@khorolets and @frol)

Discussions

• Breakage due to syn/serde releases
• Partner Request: Balance changes APIs (we only have state changes with absolute balance amounts whenever account is touched)
• Partner Request: Indexer binary pushing data into some streaming database (the requirements are still clarified)
