• PR for compile nearcore with stable merged
• PR adding profile data to ApplyState
• Fixed some near-sdk-as
• Working on a reorg of internal crates so that we can publish nearcore crates -> publish simulator
• Working with mintbase on simulation testing.
  Todo:
• Add profile data to view calls.
• Check to ensure that release is using stable

• addressing comments on PRs
• Adding wasmer v1.0 as a new VM runner. Done with most of coding and compile errors.
  • Fix errors typing, which is changed from 0.17.
  • Previously used unsafe for imports, which now differs and is simpler.
• Expose wasmtime and 1.0 to neard.

Todo:

• Measure 1.0 with cost estimator.
• Manually constructing malicious contract to stump 0.17 vs. 1.0. Hit each compilation error cases from each. Try to catch a panic from unhandled error case.
