Allow for "skip creation of summary statistics" in the UI

The underlying JAR file (-with-dependencies) allows for a flag

 -l <arg>   (optional) Observation limit
 -s <arg>   (optional) [true|false] Generate summary statistics

These options should be exposed in the UI.
