Insert Study Title stdyDscr/citation/titlStmt #37
Description
Add functionality to insert a Study Title on the edit/codebooks page.
FYI: CDR-242 added the functionality to display and modify Study Title on edit/codebooks page.

This will require a little more time since you need to slug through the code and to make sure it is in the right location...
Testing will be a little more difficult because the value gets defaulted on our inserts. Look at some old v 2.9.0.0-SNAPSHOT testing to see where we had a related problem on display the Browse by Study list.
