Question: Can it be used to block DoH and DoT ?

If I understood the info page correctly, can this be used to configure a mikrotik router so that all DNS requests over HTTPS or TLS from devices under the same Wi-Fi are blocked and forced/failback to normal DNS (Cleanbrowsing) server that can be white/blacklisted, etc ?
