[bug] tests in README.md are failing softly #8
Description
The examples in the README.md file are out of date (written for v0.1.0), and are currently failing when deno test --doc is run. However, despite the code throwing assertion failed errors, they aren't causing the deno test process to fail whatsoever. Might be worth investigating if this is a bug in Deno.
Until then, I need to update the readme and fix these things while I'm at it. This is a tracking issue for that (which I've already done, just haven't pushed it to the repo yet). Stay tuned
