UnboundLocalError Bug in dss.py

nice package!
I am trying around with some filters and found your package.
Using the dds_line_iter i think there is a small bug in line 325 in dss.py

The variable mean_psd is not define if psd.ndim is neither 2 or 3.

The problem seems to be the shape of the data set.

using this line

data = np.array(data_filt)[:, None]

to reshape the data if it is only a list, fixed it for me
