how can i scrape all the pages and save the data on excel?

Hi, sorry for being a noob on programing, i loved your code, it was one of the best that i could find for the information's!
I was wondering, how can i scrape all the pages available and save as excel file in every 3sec time frame? so i can store the data from the sellers.
