Proposed change

NATS.Extensions.Microsoft.DependencyInjection should be merged into NATS.Client.Hosting

Use case

These packages do similar things and do not differ in terms of third party dependencies hence would be worthwhile having them in the 1 package which will enable them to share code.

the plan was to deprecate .Hosting in favor of .DI

edit: does NATS.Client.Hosting has anything we don't have in NATS.Extensions.Microsoft.DependencyInjection
