v0.12 is hard to find and wrong pdf downloaded

I found the download of the zip from the tags as its not listed on the releases page, https://github.com/nathanbraun/ltcwff-files/releases/tag/v0.12.0
I downloaded the PDF's from the email link, ltcwff.pdf is correct at v0.12 BUT developer-kit-2022.pdf still shows v0.11.
