Description

Jade developed a HRA -> service model workflow as a collection of scripts in R, that is recurringly being used in Belize for their ICZM plan. Though a lot of the workflow can be automated it still needs some manual human intervention and could use some enhancements to make it easier for non technical users to run.

Jade, Jess, James, and Doug had a meeting to talk about this work and how it might fit into scoping of the 3Ps project, as well as other pilot countries that might be interested in this type of workflow.

Components

The workflow enhancements could be broken out into different components

• Generally useful InVEST model enhancements that would go into core InVEST
  • Postprocessing steps that are common enough to include them as a quality of life improvement
  • Evaluating / comparing scenarios for HRA (Arguably could fall into this component or the next)
  • Models: HRA, CV, Rec (?)
