Deprecated option in Snakefile call_sniffles #14
Description
snakemake -p all returns error from sniffles
Error:
Couldn't find match for argument
Short usage:
sniffles [options] -m <sorted.bam> -v <output.vcf>

removing the --report_read_strands option seems to fix the issue
