Which openai endpoint is used? chat completions or responses?

Wondering if requests go to https://api.openai.com/v1/responses or https://api.openai.com/v1/chat/completions

Or is there an ability to pick?

Okay with a quick test I was able to verify. Is there a plan to support the responses endpoint in the future?

While there’s no set timeline yet, we do plan to migrate to the Responses API in the future
