Not sure if this is already a thing, but from what i can tell you can't add multiple songs into a playlist at once. There is an "Add" button, but that seems to only be for random songs and you can't search within in. Also is there a way to edit playlist names if there aren't songs in it?

I'd like for there to be a way to add multiple songs into a playlist at once and that the add button doesn't dissapear once there are songs in the playlist. Also it would be nice to be able to search for song within the add button feature.

i think ur doing it in reverse, usually u should select whatever tracks from ur library and open dialog, then "add to playlist"

no, an empty playlist is pretty much useless and hence the "delete" only dialog.
the "add" section inside an empty playlist is just a thing that pulls some random tracks, nothing more

Also it would be nice to be able to search for song within the add button feature

again ur doing it backwards, just use the search button on top, search the track/s u want -> select them -> dialog -> add to playlist

np ^^ also when ur playing smth, u can long press the heart/favourite button to open playlists dialog, just an easier way if u wanna
