Can Playback and Download Resolutions Be Independent?

Is it possible to allow low-resolution playback (e.g. 720p) only, while still offering high-resolution options like 1080p for downloads?

One option would be to create a separate profile for streaming and download quality so that users can select a lower resolution for streaming (e.g. 720p) and the higher resolution for downloads.

hmm i mean there is no place in the ui, i dont wanna clutter the settings
