URL Invalidation #51
Description
When the playlist is changed after a playlist load, the URL hash is no longer valid. This can lead to loosing playlist items or confusion if the page is refreshed or the browser crashes.
When an item is added/removed/moved then the URL hash should be removed without causing a playlist load event.
