I am having trouble exporting a transparent video.

When I increased the frame rate of a certain clip, It looked like the character that was at the center of the screen was merging with the background so I removed the background in DaVinci resolve and exported that but when I ran that file through flow frames the result has a bunch of what I can only describe as leftover pixels. I understand this program isn't meant for transparent videos, but even just confirming that there is no way around this, would be a huge help. Thanks.
