Iroh and Nostr hybrid app

Nostr has very low latency but doesn't provide any storage guarantees—it simply pushes data to relays. On the other hand, Iroh has higher latency, but the risk of data loss is low as long as at least one peer holds the content. Can we build hybrid apps using both Nostr and Iroh to take advantage of the strengths of each protocol?
