Course specific instructions in a queue

An owner (or perhaps the moderators as well) could set a message on the queue page for a course so that students of the course can get information in real time.

For example, a message could be:
"Please tell in the comment field what lab you want help with"

or

"The queue is a bit crowded so the lab session is extended for an hour"
