Measure latency

I would like a new feature that allows you to measure latency between all nord vpn ips to determine which is the best server to connect to.

in what version of the tool you want that ? doing it for the web version is possible but will not give you accurate results because the backend would be the one getting the numbers for latency and those might not apply to you in most cases . all i can think of is to ping the ip of each server to get the measurements but i'm not sure what that translate to when it comes to the actual speed when you are connected . the nordvpn api provides load values but nothing beyond that . and some of the servers don't work at all even with the correct setup. the best server for you would be a server from your country or atleast the closest one to you with the least amount of load. some servers show that they have 0% load and they don't work and i'm yet to find a solution for that in fact i'm not sure if its something with the configs or its an issue with nord itself. if you have any details to add about what you mean exactly i'll be waiting

I believe we could do this over the client web.

I don't know if it's possible to take into account the number of hops in tracerout ot besides ping.

I'm just a dotnet programmer, I'll study the source.

Edit: We will have to perform ping and tracert or traceroute in the backend.
