Introduce a changelog

After struggeling with drafting the new release we should introduce a changelog to make future releases easier.
I'd propose https://keepachangelog.com/en/1.0.0/.

(We should discuss, if we want to add all older releases to the changelog.)

I recently released another package and noticed GitHub can autogenerate the changelog for the release from the commits.

Yes, but that would mean we would have to be more disciplined with our commit messages. 😉
