Add Ampache as a source

Ampache is an open-source web based music server which can support a variety of playback methods. MA seems to have a great collection of back ends, but not a solid one for storing music on it's own. The two applications seem to compliment one another very well, and while we could stream from Ampache with Subsonic, native support for Ampache seems welcome and not difficult to implement.

Forgive me, I didn't mean to drop a grenade and run. I should have edited that statement to say that it's not the best option for storing music for me, as I have spent a long time rating and organizing my music in Ampache. I've been struggling to with an odd web encoding issue for the past few months, so I was clearly frustrated when I wrote that message.
