Can we get "Synchronize Now" entity for podcasts?

I listen to a news podcast that is updated on the hour every hour. Is there a way to have an automation in HA to update the podcast just before it is played in MA? Maybe a Synchronize Now Entity for podcasts in MA?

I have a related question... I pay for a subscriber URL for a podcast, and when I use it in Music Assistant it doesn't show the latest podcasts like it does in a podcast app or when I look at the content of the RSS feed URL. Is there something going on under the hood that's preventing podcasts from refreshing the latest episodes? Sometimes if I go into settings and then copy-paste the URL into a browser tab, then go back to the refresh button on the podcast page it works to load the latest. But for some reason it doesn't load the latest, sometimes they up to a week older than what's actually published.

What podcast provider are you using? What is in the log?

The provider in the URL is transistor.fm
I don't see anything in the long specifically about the podcast.

Please open you own discussion then and show screenshots of the relevant MA pages and then navigate to the podcast URL and show how that is indicating more episodes that what is shown in MA.
