While scanning a large number of hosts, it generates these kinds of error. Can these errors be suppressed and only print the result when found?

The web server's response contains some data and this cause that. Because fuzzuli sends head request default and the response's body should not data when sending head request. To do fix you can pass "-hm GET" parameter.

If i use it with -hm GET i get this error

Can you try reducing the number of concurrent? I think your resources and bandwidth may not be enough. You need more bandwidth when you send GET request due to response.
