Loader Strategies - Relational Databases

Create a new loader strategy to persist platform, benefits and SDLC metrics in a relational database.

This strategy should support most commonly used database engines, like Oracle Database, SQL Server, PostgreSQL and MySQL.

Metrics Accelerator should provide database scripts in order to create required database objects.

Note: think about using Liquibase for db changeset management.
