Allow Local-AI to save voice notes or use whisper to create notes by having a note page like Onenote that could be saved for AGI without the need to access AGI.

I created VoxInput which will let you transcribe text anywhere. I'm also thinking about adding a UI to it and some features for note taking. I know @mudler is interested in this and has been experimenting as well.

I guess also the LocalAI web UI could have a feature like this, but I'm inclined towards doing something natively on Linux at the moment.
