Error when build manually binary with make

I get the follwowing error after following https://localai.io/basics/build/index.html instructions:

root@vmi1400950:~/LocalAI# make build
go mod edit -replace github.com/nomic-ai/gpt4all/gpt4all-bindings/golang=/root/LocalAI/gpt4all/gpt4all-bindings/golang
make: go: No such file or directory
make: *** [Makefile:216: replace] Error 127

Any idea how to fix this?

On second attempt I got
