Unable to change port exposed

I can't use port 8080. How do I change it?

you can set ADDRESS or --address. For example, to bind to all addresses on 9090 specify ADDRESS=:9090 or --address :9090

Is that the exposed port or the internal port

I get this error:

had to hardcode it:

    ports:
      - 9320:9320

(Host):(docker) set the host to your desired port and leave the docker at 8080. My config looks like this with 4900 exposed.
