Build AIO docker image for arm64

I would like to know if the instructions at https://localai.io/basics/build/#container-image will build the AIO docker image. I am trying to use it on OCI free tier. If this does not build the AIO image, how can it be built? I assume I can just check out a versioned tag to get the same thing as one of your builds?
