How to run GPT-4o / OpenAI API?

Docs say:

Start the image with Docker to have a functional clone of OpenAI! 🚀:

docker run -p 8080:8080 --name local-ai -ti localai/localai:latest-aio-cpu

but that starts installing models.

Quickstart skips to Run models manually for using existing models, yet that page assumes local weight files.

I only want to connect to the OpenAI API (and if it matters, also using chatbot-ui).

Sorry, I misunderstood the intent as actually running OpenAI API. I found this, but am confused why there's gpt-3.5-turbo with ggml-openllama.bin. I may be misunderstanding LocalAI. Feel free to close.
