Extend chart to allow extraObjects through values file

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I´m in need to roll out additional resources (netpol & Kyverno policy) alongside k8s-pvc-tagger to make it work in my environment. I´d like to define those resources in one place, directly in the charts values.

I´d like to see the possibility to add "extraObjects" into the charts values :-)

Describe alternatives you've considered
Creating the additional resources by applying the manifests directly, but this way they are not bound to the Helm release.

Is this project still active? I would really love to use it, but need this feature for it to work in my case...
