Make it easier to run locally #137
Description
It's currently pretty hard to run Pitest locally - information about the project can only be retrieved from GitHub.
Using the same mechanism as used for multi-module builds could also be used to pass in extra information about the project setup, so it's easier to run Pitest with this reporter outside of GitHub Actions.
