Connection Error

Recently I started to get the following error:

Cannot connect to host 192.168.11.54:8838 ssl:default [Connect call failed ('192.168.11.54', 8838)]

Probably after updating HA.

Blinds respond for a few minutes after restarting the hub, but quickly stop responding.

Seeing the same issue.
I switched to the neo smart controller matter integration. It works for basic up and down and stop.
