1.13.2-2 arm64.deb安装报错

如题，我的系统是华为擎云l410 uos的系统，之前1个版本1.13.2-1 arm64.deb是可以正常安装使用的，到最新发布的两个版本1.13.2-2 arm64.deb和1.13.2.3296-continuous_arm64.deb就提示安装报错：
An error occurred while applying changes:
An error occurred while applying changes: dpkg-deb: 错误: 归档 /home/Aa123456a/Downloads/io.github.msojocs.bilibili_1.13.2-2_arm64.deb 对成员 control.tar.zst 使用了未知的压缩，放弃操作
dpkg: 处理归档 /home/Aa123456a/Downloads/io.github.msojocs.bilibili_1.13.2-2_arm64.deb (--install)时出错：
dpkg-deb --control 子进程返回错误状态 2
在处理时有错误发生：
/~/Downloads/io.github.msojocs.bilibili_1.13.2-2_arm64.deb

有说是没安装zstd，也有说是必须在debian下解包再打包的。
现在我暂时只能在星火应用商店里安装，但是它那个好像重新打包过，会把之前使用过的痕迹冲掉，求作者修复一下，非常感谢。
