Docs missing for `comment-created` and `comment-id`?

👋 This action is great, thanks for making it!

#41 -> #57 added comment-created and comment-id outputs. But those outputs aren't mentioned anywhere in the README, and #54 mentions switching to GITHUB_OUTPUT. It does look like core.setOutput is still in play:

Suggestion: would you be open to documenting the suggested way of referring to this action's outputs in a subsequent job step? Failing that, would you be open to a PR adding in docs?
