How to get mails since last month?

How can we get the latest emails (including read and unread) since last month? Or is there any way to sort the fetched emails if the server does not support SORT (imap.serverSupports('SORT') is false)?

Here's an example of getting unread messages from a month ago.

// Get a date object for the current time
let d = new Date();

// Set it to one month ago
d.setMonth(d.getMonth() - 1);

imap.search(['UNSEEN', ['FROM', new Date()]], (err, results) => {
