upload to Maven Central/Sonatype OSS

Currently this plugin is only available via a Google Code-hosted repository. It would be nice to have this plugin in Maven Central for two reasons:

1. Individual team members can use the plugin without having to modify the project POM.
2. Sonatype discourages uploaded projects from having external repository/pluginRepository elements in their POM files.

+1 for this functionality. It's a blocker for using this awesome plugin in my environment.
