pom.yml gets corrupted when using autosync

Using version 0.4.1, if I use the suggested way of running the sync goal in my default lifecycle, I get chunks of XML in my yaml pom. If I run the goal on the command line by itself, it doesn't get corrupted.

Figured it out.

I was using 0.4.1 on the command line, but had copied in 0.3 from the example on the Installation page.
