Getting very low accuracy for Big data model

Hello. Im getting really bad accuracy for the Food Vision Big data model.
790/790 ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 69s 87ms/step - accuracy: 0.6820 - loss: 1.1901
[1.1882485151290894, 0.6828910708427429]

I Have followed the instructions from Milestone project 1 Food Vision Big. I have even tried coping everything from the course material here, just to see if I missed anything but still get awful results.
What could be the reason for having such bad results even though I have followed the instructions ?
