when I downgrade the TensorFlow in the google collab to 2.4.1 and restart runtime, the version is 2.4.1. When I create a new one the version is returned to 2.5. So, How to downgrade permanently. Thanks |

@gauravreddy08 is right, Google Colab comes with (usually) the latest version of TensorFlow. So if there are issues in the latest version, you'll have to downgrade it to a working version. |
