My Colab dish is full

While I was coidng 07_food_vision_milestone_project_1 notebook, I had to update tensorflow version and "the colab disk is full" problem appeared. I couldn't find how to reset the disk. I would be glad if you help.

Have you tried to restart the runtime and see what happens?

When does the Colab disk become full?

When you start the notebook or when you run code?
