Can we support hover expand macros like RustRover does?

I think expanding macros when hovering is quite useful. We can also provide an option to open or close it.

We can actually do it ourselves! I have successfully added this in our hover action by modifying my local code!

Does this involve invoking a code action client request?
If so, then it should be implemented in rust-analyzer (regardless of whether it's possible to hack it into rustaceanvim) 😄

That being said, I wouldn't be opposed to PRing rust-analyzer if I can find some time for it.

Yes, it does. This needs to invoke another ra.buf_request().

Fine, it also makes sense. I will make this myself for now. And see if it's possible to add this to rust-analyzer.
